  • Create a free trial or paid account (name, email address, phone number)
  • Log in to your account — TDP uses a passwordless login system; access is granted via a 6-digit code sent to your registered email address. No password is created or stored.
  • Purchase a subscription, coaching package, or other product (name, billing address, payment information)
  • Register for or attend a webinar (name, email address, phone number, registration details)
  • Contact us for support or information (name, email, message content)
  • Opt in to SMS or email communications (phone number, email address)
  • Submit content, questions, or comments within TDP’s platform or sessions
1b. Payment Information

Payment transactions are processed by Stripe and GoHighLevel Payments on our behalf. TDP does not store full credit card numbers, CVV codes, or complete payment card data on its own servers. Payment processors receive your billing name, billing address, and payment card details necessary to complete the transaction. These processors maintain their own privacy and security practices. We retain transaction records including amounts, dates, and product descriptions for accounting and legal compliance purposes.

1c. Session and Participation Data

When you attend a TDP webinar, group coaching session, or one-on-one coaching call, you may share the following with TDP and the platform hosting the session:

  • Audio and video content if you choose to activate your camera or microphone
  • Screen-share content if you choose to share your screen
  • Chat messages submitted during sessions

Sessions may be recorded using any platform or recording technology TDP selects. By participating in any TDP session, you consent to recording as described in TDP’s Terms and Conditions, Section 7 (Recording and Likeness Release). TDP currently uses Zoom to host sessions; Zoom operates under its own privacy policy, available at zoom.us/privacy. TDP is not responsible for Zoom’s data practices. If TDP changes its session platform, this Policy will be updated accordingly.

1d. Automatically Collected Information

When you visit our Website, we and our technology partners automatically collect certain technical information, including:

  • Zoom — Current session hosting platform for webinars and coaching calls. Data shared: name, email address, and any content shared during sessions.
  • Stripe — Payment processing. Data shared: billing name, billing address, and payment card information necessary to complete transactions.
  • Google — Analytics (Google Analytics). Data shared: anonymized usage and behavioral data.
  • Meta (Facebook) — Advertising analytics (Meta Pixel). Data shared: Website visit events associated with your browser or device.
4c. Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information where required to do so by law, court order, subpoena, or governmental authority, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of TDP, our users, or others.

4d. Business Transfers

5a. Active Accounts

5b. Cancelled Accounts and Subscriptions

When you cancel your subscription or close your account, your personal data is retained in our systems unless and until you submit a written deletion request to support@taxdeedpro.com. Retention of data after cancellation allows us to respond to future inquiries, comply with legal and tax obligations, and maintain records of transactions. We do not proactively delete personal data upon cancellation.

5c. TDP-Terminated Accounts

When TDP terminates your access pursuant to TDP’s Terms and Conditions (including termination for chargeback, breach, or other cause), your personal data is retained under the same policy as cancelled accounts: data is retained until you submit a written deletion request to support@taxdeedpro.com, subject to TDP’s legal obligations to retain certain records. Termination of access does not constitute deletion of your data.

5d. Session Recordings

Recordings of webinars, group coaching sessions, and one-on-one coaching calls are retained indefinitely and may be used for the purposes described in TDP’s Terms and Conditions, including marketing, training, and educational content. If you appeared in a recording and wish to request its removal, contact us at support@taxdeedpro.com. We will evaluate removal requests on a case-by-case basis but cannot guarantee removal in all circumstances, particularly where recordings have been incorporated into published marketing or educational content.

5e. Payment Records

Transaction records including purchase amounts, dates, and product descriptions are retained for a minimum of seven (7) years to comply with applicable tax and accounting requirements.

6. Your Rights and Choices
6a. Access and Correction

6b. Deletion Requests

6d. SMS Opt-Out

6e. California Residents — CCPA Rights
